Abstract
⺠Wheat straw water extracts induce efficiently laccase activity in fungal cultures. ⺠The wheat straw water extract inducer effect is accumulative. ⺠The isoenzyme Lacc10 is the main responsible for the laccase induced activity. ⺠Wheat industry polluted water effluents can be used to induce ligninolytic enzymes.
