Abstract
⺠It reports saccharification of biomasses using lignocellulase from Armillaria gemina. ⺠Among the biomasses tested, aspen biomass produces maximum reducing sugar. ⺠Response surface methodology is used to optimize the hydrolysis of aspen biomass. ⺠A. gemina can be a good option for reducing sugar production from woody biomasses.
