Abstract
⺠Cellulase production by Trichoderma viride in bioreactors was studied. ⺠Immobilization in fibrous bed enhanced cellulase production from sugarcane bagasse. ⺠Better reactor operation and control were achieved with improved biofilm morphology. ⺠Higher saccharification yield can be attributed to the higher FPase activity. ⺠Proteomics analysis showed differential expressions of cellulases (CBH and EG).
