Abstract
⺠Lipase was successfully oriented-immobilized on magnetic nanoparticles. ⺠Reverse micelles system was better than aqueous phase used as immobilization medium. ⺠Improvement of lipase activity was correlated to the alteration of its secondary structure. ⺠The immobilized lipase showed enhanced activity and good reusability in fish oil hydrolysis.
