Abstract
⺠Biosorption and biodegradation of TPT by Brevibacillus brevis were studied. ⺠TPT and coexisted Cu2+, Cd2+, Pb2+ and Zn2+ were adsorbed effectively by B. brevis. ⺠TPT was transferred into the cytoplasm of B. brevis. ⺠TPT was transformed to DPT, MPT and inorganic tin inside cells. ⺠H2O2, glucose, rhamnolipid, Cu2+ and Zn2+ obviously improved TPT degradation.
