Abstract
⺠Chitosan is an effective flocculant to concentrate Chlorella sorokiniana cultures. ⺠With low dosage of chitosan clarification efficiency can reach >99% below pH 7. ⺠Flocculation reduces volume by 20-50 folds for subsequent cell harvesting process.
