Abstract
⺠Marine isolate, Streptomyces venezuelae ACT1 was used for the degradation. ⺠Organophophorus hydrolase activity rate was evaluated using modified Gompertz model. ⺠Substrate assimilation and inhibition were analyzed for the growth and the enzyme activity. ⺠Influence of P0/X0 ratio on degradation as well as COD reduction rate was demonstrated.
