Abstract
⺠Wastewater isolate, Kirchneriella sp., was grown in laboratory systems up to 60 L. ⺠Successful growth and rapid nutrient uptake in laboratory media and wastewater. ⺠N-limitation negatively affected FAME yield, positively affected biodiesel quality. ⺠Promising bioproduct characteristics: FAME, carbohydrate-rich biomass, and pigments.
