Abstract
⺠CBM3-CglT was created for enzyme recycling using C. thermocellum cellulosomes. ⺠Cellulosomes and CBM3-CglT recycled with high cellulose degradation ability. ⺠Cellulosomes and CBM3-CglT effectively recycled ammonia pretreated rice straw. ⺠Delignification of pretreated rice straw improved the recycling rounds. ⺠This enzyme recycling system has great potential.
