Abstract
⺠We assessed the ability to decolorize RBBR dye of four fungi strains. ⺠We developed and validated a HPLC-MS/MS analytical method for RBBR quantification. ⺠Analytical method was selective, accurate and precise, detecting 4.6 pM of RBBR. ⺠Aspergillus flavus removed >99% of RBBR, and four major degradation products were observable.
