Abstract
⺠Novel method of preparation of magnetic CLEAs of alpha amylase was developed. ⺠Enzyme was cross linked with amino functionalized magnetite nanoparticles. ⺠Amino functionalized magnetite nanoparticles enhanced cross linking efficiency. ⺠Magnetic CLEAs could be separated from reaction mixture by magnetic field. ⺠Magnetic CLEAs enhanced stability and reusability of enzyme.
