Abstract
⺠An integrated approach was developed to evaluate conditioner in sludge dewatering. ⺠Response surface methodology and grey-fuzzy logic were incorporated in evaluation. ⺠The mixed conditioner in a pilot-scale sludge dewatering process was evaluated. ⺠Sludge dewatering efficiency and chemical cost were considered in evaluation. ⺠The optimal composition of conditioner was obtained using the evaluation approach.
