Abstract
⺠A novel green microalgae strain, named Monoraphidium sp. FXY-10 was isolated. ⺠Microalgae cellular lipid content was 56.8% growing under autotrophic condition. ⺠Lipid productivity of heterotrophic microalgae was higher than autotrophic. ⺠Palmitic acid of heterotrophic microalgae was higher than the palm oil. ⺠Gravity sedimentation was proposed to be the harvesting method for biomass.
