Abstract
⺠A consortium including a marine acidophilic halotolerant bacterium was constructed. ⺠The consortium could bioleach chalcopyrite efficiently in the presence of NaCl. ⺠Terrestrial microorganisms and marine bacterium could coexist in bioleaching system.
