Abstract
⺠We develop a comprehensive Eulerian-Lagrangian three-dimensional numerical model. ⺠Complex granular flow, mass and heat transfer, chemical reactions are considered. ⺠Simulations are performed in a fluidized bed forestry residues gasifier. ⺠Product gas compositions and carbon conversion efficiency are investigated. ⺠The predicted results compare well with the experimental data.
