Abstract
⺠A novel continuous flow integration process was developed for biodiesel production. ⺠The process has the characteristic of countercurrent contact reaction between gas and liquid. ⺠The process has the characteristic of rapid and automatic separation for glycerol on line. ⺠The process has the characteristic of cyclic utilization of methanol. ⺠Biodiesel yield of as high as 93.7% was obtained in this integration process.
