Abstract
▸ Simple method of preparing p-CLEAs laccase from Pleurotus ostreatus was described. ▸ TPP technique was used to co-precipitate laccase and starch in interfacial precipitate. ▸ P-CLEAs exhibited improved thermal, storage and operational stability than free laccase. ▸ First description of utilizing CLEAs laccase for TPM and azo dyes decolorization.
