Abstract
► Combined ABR and constructed wetland process was studied to treat NB wastewater. ► Phylogenetic tree of the dominant archaea and eubacteria in sludge was constructed. ► This treatment was of low power, low-cost, and low sludge production. ► The characterization of archaea and eubacteria groups in ABR sludge was identified.
