Abstract
⺠We report a unique benzoate-utilizing Pseudomonas nitroreducens strain TSB.MJ10. ⺠We report a novel lipopeptide bioemulsifier produced by P. nitroreducens TSB.MJ10. ⺠The bioemulsifier formed stable emulsions under pH, temperature and NaCl stress. ⺠The bioemulsifier formed stable emulsions with various hydrocarbons. ⺠The bioemulsifier transformed the rheology of weathered crude oil.
