Abstract
⺠A lignocellulolytic microbial consortium WSD-5 was established in the liquid medium. ⺠The optimized WSD-5 shows high hemicellulase and strong degradation of wheat straw. ⺠The ability of WSD-5 was good both in the saccharification and acidification.
