Abstract
⺠Concentrated nitrogen in swine discharges was removed via Canon process. ⺠Canon process could out-compete denitrification with a low C/N ratio. ⺠AOB species are resistant to the medium changes. ⺠Organic carbon source reduced the diversity of Anammox bacteria.
