Abstract
⺠Pelleting switchgrass increased glucose yields after enzymatic hydrolysis. ⺠Grinding contributed to increases in enzymatic hydrolysis yields with pelleting. ⺠Pelleting had no adverse impact on the efficacy of dilute acid pretreatment. ⺠Pelleting improved the efficacy of soaking in aqueous ammonia pretreatment.
