Abstract
⺠Microorganisms able to rapidly degrade tetrabromobisphenol A were domesticated in an anaerobic reactor. ⺠We determinate the optimal conditions for microorganisms to degrading tetrabromobisphenol A. ⺠The bacterial diversity in anaerobic reactor was analysis by using 16S ribosomal DNA clone libraries.
