Abstract
⺠Influence of CO2 supplementation to domestic wastewater was studied on the growth and lipid accumulation of mixotrophically grown microalgae. ⺠Lipid productivity was evaluated during sequential integration of growth and starvation phases. ⺠Sparging period and interval showed marked influence on microalgae growth and lipid productivity. ⺠Distinctions in total chlorophyll components was elucidated with respect to experimental variations. ⺠Fatty acid compositional changes with respect to CO2 supplementation were discussed.
