Abstract
⺠Co-digestion of algae biomass residue (ABR) and fat, oil, and grease (FOG). ⺠Co-digestion of ABR and FOG improved methane yield and methane content. ⺠Co-digestion allows higher organic loading rate in continuous AD process. ⺠Carbohydrate and protein reductions are not affected significantly by co-digestion. ⺠Co-digestion enhances lipid degradation at increased organic loading rate.
