Abstract
⺠We fabricate a novel graphene-modified carbon cloth anode for Pseudomonas aeruginosa MFC. ⺠Graphene modification improves the power density and energy conversion efficiency. ⺠A parallel bioelectrocatalytic mechanism is proposed for a mediatorless MFC. ⺠Graphene significantly promotes bacteria growth on electrode. ⺠Graphene greatly stimulates bacteria to produce more mediating molecules.
