Abstract
⺠A mesophilic lignocellulolytic microbial consortium BYND-5 was established. ⺠ARDRA of 16S rDNA clone library was used to reveal the diversity of BYND-5. ⺠More than 49.0% rice straw was degraded after 7 days of cultivation at 30 °C. ⺠BYND-5 can obviously enhance the biogas yield and methane content.
