Abstract
⺠Neither TEMPO nor NaBr alone reacts with cellulose and lignin. ⺠NaClO plays an important role on delignification. ⺠NaClO oxidation results in significant changes on lignin structures. ⺠TEMPO-mediated system promotes the oxidation on cellulose and delignification.
