Abstract
⺠A calibration protocol of the attached growth and biofilm models is developed. ⺠The proposed protocol sets a complete strategy to model biofilm reactors. ⺠The proposed protocol sets a method to collect a useful biofilm data. ⺠The proposed protocol sets a method to plan sampling and monitoring requirements. ⺠Sensitivity analysis is a very helpful tool to guide experimental measurements.
