Abstract
⺠Synthesize a reversible water-soluble and pH-sensitive copolymer PMDB. ⺠Immobilization of cellulase on PMDB and the activity yield was 63.24%. ⺠Stability of cellulase is enhanced in pH and temperature tolerance by immobilization. ⺠Activity recovery of immobilized cellulase is 83.1% after being recycled five times.
