Abstract
⺠Microbial degradation of n-hexadecane by three individual bacterial strains. ⺠Alkane hydroxylase, alcohol dehydrogenase and lipase enzymes were overexpressed. ⺠A clear link between surface tension, CSH, and pseudosolubilization with n-hexadecane degradation.
