Abstract
⺠Temperature plays an important role in increasing the amount of extractable lipid during sub-critical water pretreatment. ⺠Sub-critical water pretreatment of Yarrowia lipolytica Po1g biomass increases the biodiesel yield. ⺠The oleaginous yeast Yarrowia lipolytica Po1g is a potential feedstock for biodiesel production.
