Abstract
⺠The old common design methodology for tubular digesters does not work. ⺠Universal methodology to design an optimum tubular digester is developed. ⺠Optimum trench dimensions for typical circumference of plastic tube are given. ⺠The influence of biogas pressure and trench is considered. ⺠The tubular digesters design methodology solves the problem of the reduction of HRT.
