Abstract
⺠We optimized PCMC of lipase PS preparation via response surface methodology. ⺠The thermo- and solvent-stabilities of PCMC were obviously enhanced over free lipase. ⺠PCMC showed extensive substrates adaptability and satisfactory reusability. ⺠PCMC activity was correlated with the α-helix content in secondary structure of lipase. ⺠The catalytic properties of PCMC-PS, Novozyme 435, K2SO4 and free PS were compared.
