Abstract
⺠Two different pretreatments by 10 fungal strains were applied to wheat straw. ⺠For the same species ligninolytic enzyme activities differed between the two pretreatments. ⺠Results suggest that solid state incubation is the best process to enhance saccharification. ⺠It was found a relationship between lignin peroxidase and saccharification increase.
