Abstract
⺠A new process for removing the inhibitors of pre-hydrolysis liquor was introduced. ⺠It was experimentally evaluated using activated carbon and a cationic polymer. ⺠The results showed that 83.3% of lignin and all of furfural were removed from the liquor.
