Abstract
► It was the first report of B. amyloliquefaciens from the medicinal plant associated with wood-sapstain fungi. ► Both the filtrate and the ethyl acetate extract of this strain showed growth inhibition activity against the sapstain fungi. ► It was the first report that lipopeptides could be produced in endophytic B. amyloliquefaciens and showed strong activities against three kinds of sapstain fungi.
