Abstract
► We used near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) for on-line measurement of straw-coal blends. ► We designed a conveyor for simulating the conveyor belt in power plants. ► NIRS can provide a good result on on-line qualitative and quantitative analysis of straw-coal blends. ► NIRS is a rapid and accurate method for on-line measurement of straw-coal blends.
