Abstract
⺠Sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) and sulfide oxidation bacteria (SOB) were cultivated. ⺠Activities of SRB and SOB were manipulated using DO level in a single reactor. ⺠At DO = 0.10-0.12 mg lâ1, removal efficiency for sulfate is 81.5% and S0 recovery is 71.8%.
