Abstract
⺠PHA production efficiency increased by 14% after optimizing the nutrient conditions. ⺠PHA was composed of the co-polymer PHB-co-PHV. ⺠16S rRNA sequencing showed the dominance of Firmicutes and Proteobacteria. ⺠PHA production through waste water treatment significantly reduces the production cost.
