Abstract
⺠Waste glycerol was upgraded to biopolyesters by an environmental friendly route. ⺠PHA accumulation increased with the increase of the dissolved oxygen concentration. ⺠4HB molar% increased using propionic acid, however 3HV monomers were synthesized. ⺠PHA desired properties and productivity depend on total cultivation time.
