Abstract
⺠Pseudomonas lipase purified using AOT/isooctane reverse micellar system (RME). ⺠Eighty percentage yield with 14-fold purification and threefold concentration achieved. ⺠Lipase pI found to regulate forward extraction but not the backward extraction. ⺠RME is faster than conventional method, scalable and hence industrially significant.
