Abstract
⺠OPF juice as novel renewable sugars and its utilization as fermentation substrate. ⺠Fifty % (wt/wt) of OPF juice was obtained from fresh OPF. ⺠OPF juice comprises 70% glucose, 27% sucrose and 3% fructose. ⺠P(3HB) fermentation by Cupriavidus necator as an example of OPF juice utilization.
