Abstract
⺠The physical, chemical and morphological properties of DDGS were characterized. ⺠Particle size influences the overall chemical composition of the bulk. ⺠Densities were significant among particles sorted on the basis of US sieve numbers. ⺠The heterogeneity of DDGS can cause sampling errors and particle segregation.
