Abstract
► The magnetic modified Flavobacterium (MMBs) was prepared. ► MMBs were immobilized by internal and external magnetic fields. ► pH stability and the enzyme activity of immobilized MMBs were increased. ► The enzyme thermal stability of immobilized MMBs by external field was improved. ► Magnetic beads have negative effect on the enzyme thermal stability of MMBs.
