Abstract
⺠The magnetic modified Flavobacterium (MMBs) was prepared. ⺠MMBs were immobilized by internal and external magnetic fields. ⺠pH stability and the enzyme activity of immobilized MMBs were increased. ⺠The enzyme thermal stability of immobilized MMBs by external field was improved. ⺠Magnetic beads have negative effect on the enzyme thermal stability of MMBs.
