Abstract
⺠Recovery of hemicelluloses, phenolics and lignin from grape stalks was assessed. ⺠Autohydrolysis allowed for hemicelluloses recovery. ⺠A consistent delignification could not be achieved. ⺠Antioxidant compounds were recovered in the autohydrolysis liquor. ⺠Organosolv lignin showed good antioxidant properties.
