Abstract
⺠Thermoanaerobacter brockii β-glucosidase (CglT) enhanced cellulolytic activity of cellulosomes. ⺠Cellulosome-CglT system was very efficient in rice straw hydrolysis. ⺠Required cellulosome-CglT loading was much lower than Trichoderma reesei cellulase system. ⺠Ammonia treated rice straw hydrolysate was fermented to ethanol without inhibition.
