Abstract
⺠A two-stage thermophilic hydrogen fermentation process integrated with alkaline treatment was developed. ⺠The hydrogen fermentation effluents and alkaline hydrolyzate were used for methane production. ⺠An efficient coproduction process of hydrogen and methane was developed for achieving high energy recovery.
