Abstract
⺠Application of combined ultrafiltration (UF) and nanofiltration (NF) to treat lignocellulosic hydrolyzate. ⺠Treating hydrolyzate suspension with UF recovered 73.9% of cellulase protein. ⺠Treating ultrafiltered hydrolyzate with NF increased glucose concentration from 30.2 to 110.2 g/l. ⺠High concentration glucose used as substrate for fermentative production of bioproducts and biofuels.
