Abstract
												⺠Assemble the whole MVA pathway from Saccharomyces cerevisiae into the E. coli strain. ⺠Construct a novel pathway for the isoprene production. ⺠The strain YJM13 could accumulate isoprene up to 2.48 mg/l. ⺠The strain YJM13 could produce 532mg/l isoprene under the fermentation culture.
